This fitness assessment is for adults that currently play or want to play sports at all levels: recreational/college/ professional. We focus more on “sports-specific” training and we provide more balanced athletic development programs, our primary objective is to help  athletes avoid falling victim to the numerous overuse injuries that currently plague recreational/ college/ professional sports.

 

Kids/Youth Sports Assessment

This fitness/sports assessment is for young athletes that currently play or want to play sports. We focus less on “sports-specific” training and we provide more balanced athletic development programs, our primary objective is to help young athletes avoid falling victim to the numerous overuse injuries that currently plague youth sports.  Through a comprehensive approach  kids and youth who train with us will not only enhance their fitness levels but they’ll do so as a result of developing a stronger overall strength and conditioning foundation.  By following our programs based on exercise science and proven training  methods we will provide a healthy, positive fitness and wellness experience that will benefit  and enhance the health of kids and teens.

 

Kids/Youth Fitness Assessment

 This fitness assessment is for kids and teens that want to improve their health and fitness levels. We provide  more balanced fitness and wellness  programs, our primary objective is to help kids and youth participants to achieve their goals and  avoid falling victim to the numerous overuse injuries that currently plague non planned exercise programs. Through a comprehensive approach kids and youth who train with us will not only enhance their fitness levels but they’ll do so as a result of developing a stronger overall  fitness and wellness foundation.  By following our programs based on exercise science and proven training  methods we will provide a healthy, positive fitness and wellness experience that will benefit  and enhance the health of kids and teens.
